DATA DISTRIBUTION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CHANGING DATA DISTRIBUTION TIME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution device and a method for changing data distribution time by which a data distribution device side changes the time of a distribution request by a mobile unit, so as to prevent the occurrence of concentration of the distribution requests of data by the mobile units and the data distribution by the data distribution device in the same time zone.

SOLUTION: A change candidate time calculator 103 calculates distribution request time when the mobile unit 200 executes the distribution request of the data on the basis of a traffic state of a network. The data distribution device 100 transmits the calculated distribution request time information together with data to be stored in a data storage 108 for storing the data to be distributed when receiving the distribution request of the data from the mobile unit 200. The mobile unit 200 rewrites the distribution request time, and executes the distribution request on the basis of the rewritten distribution request time when executing the distribution request of the data next time.
