PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet compile device which is simple in structure, capable of preventing any deviation of paper sheets arranged by a conforming and deviation-preventive means, and preventing damages of paper sheets by the interference of a conforming means with the paper sheets, and adaptable to a paper sheet post-processing device of high productivity. SOLUTION: The paper sheet compile device comprises a discharge means to successively discharge a plurality of paper sheets onto a compile tray, and a paper sheet arranging means which is arranged movably in the direction orthogonal to the paper sheet discharging direction, arranges the paper sheets discharged on the compile tray along the direction orthogonal to the paper sheet discharging direction, and is pressed against a side surface of the arranged paper sheet bundle to prevent the conforming deviation, and further comprises a moving means to perform the arranging operation of the paper sheet arranging means and the start of movement to the conforming deviation preventing position before the discharge of the next paper sheet is started.
