PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheath pipe device easy in construction for inserting a drain pipe outside a building from the inside of the building. SOLUTION: A downstream end side opening part 28 of a joint body 21 is largely opened. The downstream end side of an inserting pipe 41 inserted from the upper end side of a sheath pipe body 11, can be projected outside from the opening part 28 of the joint body 21 in a state of fitting a socket 23 of the joint body 21 to the downstream end of the sheath pipe body 11. An elbow body 45 can be connected to the downstream end of the inserting pipe 41 outside the opening part 28 of the joint body 21. The elbow body 45 adhered and fixed to the downstream end of the inserting pipe 41 can be stored in the opening part 28 of the joint body 21. The inserting pipe 41 is not required to be curved and bent. The inserting pipe 41 is not required to be formed as a bellows pipe and a flexible pipe. The inserting pipe 41 of a straight pipe, the elbow body 45, a deriving pipe 48, an elbow body 53 and an introducing pipe 56 can be used with a simple and inexpensive constitution.
