PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking pan which can be stored in an upright posture by itself to a storage contact part without a housing stand. SOLUTION: Legs 3 are provided at a place on the outer side surface 1A of the pan body 1 so that the pan body 1 can be remained upright on a storage contact part 2 so as not to be obstruction when the pan body 1 is placed on its bottom surface 1B on a storing place 2.
