PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing opening of a binder which prevents arbitrary opening of a front cover. SOLUTION: In the device for preventing the opening of the binder wherein a C-shaped clamp is provided in the face plate of the binder and used for binding and holding file data, a slit is provided in the cover corresponding to the C-shaped clamp of the binder. When the binder is closed, the C-shaped clamp is exposed from the slit and moreover fixed by a fixing device. Thus the function of preventing the opening is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
