PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress manufacturing costs by simplifying constitution and to secure safety. SOLUTION: The hot-stamping press 11 holds a hot pen 22 for hot-stamping by applying heat and pressure with a holder 26, and is fitted with the holder 26 slidably in the vertical direction, relative to the travelling body 21 which travels above a stamping position. The holder 26 is formed of a heat resistant synthetic resin into a cylindrical shape, surrounding the position corresponding to the heating portion 22a of the hot pen 22, allowing the hot pen 22 and the holder 26 to press with their dead weight.
