PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for performing full duplex radio communication, by switching a plurality of frequency bands for improving the efficiency of a system, in relation to a radio communication system which uses a plurality of antenna structures. SOLUTION: At least two frequency bands are to be used. In a first period, a first frequency band is to be used for transmission of a signal, and a second frequency band is to be used for reception of the signal. In a second period following the first period, the first frequency band is to be used for the reception of the signal, and the second frequency band is to be used for transmission of the signal. These two frequencies are to be switched repeatedly, until the communication is completed. Thereby, the waiting time can be significantly reduced, by having a plurality of antennas, forming a coherent beam, and improving the communication efficiency of the system which uses antenna diversity.
