METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR IMPARTING FUNCTION TO POLYMER BASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently imparting a function to a polymer base through maintaining at high concentrations a functional additive dissolved in a supercritical fluid, and to provide a system for the method.

SOLUTION: The method for imparting a function to a polymer base comprises feeding a pressure vessel containing the polymer base with a supercritical fluid via a 1st circulating path by a circulating pump so as to circulate at a predetermined flow. In this process, of the functional additive, aggregated one is ground in the 1st circulating path or a 2nd circulating path for the supercritical fluid to promote dissolving the additive in the supercritical fluid.
