The device has several belts (20) encompassing several attached winding rollers (21) and a motor (50) to turn belts and rollers and to create a turning motion in the receptacle (10) and receptacle bowl(11). The belts have a pressure stress device (40). The roller attached to the frame (30) has a winding rod (31) with hole to take an arresting screw (33). It has a lengthwise slit (34) through which the rod, attached to the frame by a screw, is inserted. On the frame is an alignment means (60) and a cylinder-shaped sliding weight (62) fixed to both its sides by means of a nut (65).
