PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically set a welding route and a working condition from work data. SOLUTION: A weld line pattern that is information including weld lines to a work, welding order, and a welding robot handling the welding of each weld line is acquired from a database (S1), and a welding route is formed while collating the weld lines of the work that is an objection of collation with this weld line pattern (S2). A teaching point to the weld lines of the work is generated along the welding route (S3), the arrangement angle of a torch in the teaching point is set (S4), and the welding condition is set from the arrangement angle of the torch and the physical characteristic of the work (S5).
