<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein an abnormal sound is emitted between the vibration end 5a of an ultrasonic vibrator 5 and an anvil 6 because of the ultrasonic vibration generated from the vibration end 5a of the ultrasonic vibrator 5 when pushing and pressing the vibration end 5a and the anvil 6 each other in a case that an object 7 to be welded is not inserted in the gap between the vibration end 5a of the ultrasonic vibrator 5 and the anvil 6 in an ultrasonic welder and the vibration end 5a of the ultrasonic vibrator 5 or the anvil 6 is abraded to shorten the life of parts. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit 9 and a timer circuit 10 are connected to a controller 8, the output of the oscillation circuit 9 is connected to the piezoelectric vibrators 5b and 5c of the ultrasonic vibrator 5, a start switch 11 is connected to the input terminal of the controller 8, and the anvil 6 is connected to the reset terminal of the controller 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
