<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing electronic parts for accurately forming an electrode at a desired position, especially, a method for manufacturing a capacitor and a varistor. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing electronic parts (capacitor 1) provided as a method for manufacturing electronic parts equipped with an element assembly 2 and an electrode 4 formed adjacently to the element assembly 2 comprises a step to prepare the element assembly 2 having a recess 6 in a region where the electrode 4 should be formed, a step to supply electrode paste 32 to the recess 6, a step to spread the electrode paste 32 so that the recess 6 can be covered, and a step to form the electrode 4 by heating the electrode paste 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
