PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-cooling electric power apparatus with oil which is high in a cooling efficiency, by utilizing radiators effectively. SOLUTION: This electric power apparatus with oil is constituted of a main body vessel 2, which receives the main body of apparatus 4 generating heat by power supply and which is fully filled with insulating oil 6. In this case, the electric power apparatus with oil is provided with: a lead-out pipe 8 connected to the uppermost part of the main body vessel 2 to lead out upward the insulating oil 6 with raised temperatures to the outside of the main body vessel 2 from the uppermost part of the vessel 2; a heat insulator 10 which covers the lead-out pipe 8; an oil reservoir 12 provided at a part upper than the main body vessel 2 to reserve once the lead-out insulating oil 6 through the lead-out pipe 8; more than one set of radiators 14 for cooling the insulating oil 6 distributed from the oil reservoir 12 by heat dissipation; an upper piping 16 for connecting the oil reservoir 12 to the upper part of the radiators 14 to lead the insulating oil 6 from the oil reservoir 12 into the radiators 14; and a lower piping 18 for connecting between the lower part of the radiators 14 and the vicinity of lower part of the main body vessel 2 to lead the cooled insulating oil 6 by the radiators 14 into the vicinity of lower part of the main body vessel 2.
