PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative and reproducible measuring method of a fine chamfered part length. SOLUTION: In this measuring method of the fine chamfered part length equipped with a laser light source 1, a laser receiving part 2 and a measuring stand 3, a work 7 to be measured is placed on the measuring stand 3, and the measuring stand 3 is moved, and the light quantity received by the laser receiving part 2 is measured, and the length of a part having a very small light quantity is measured.
