FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, auxiliary equipment, which may be attached to vacuum cleaner hose for cleaning of fluffy articles, such as fur coats, carpets and combing said articles for full removal of foreign matter therefrom and careful laying of article hairs. ^ SUBSTANCE: auxiliary head has stationary body made in the form of hollow cylinder and provided with plurality of suction openings extending along said body. Hollow cylinder is detachably attached to end of suction hose unit, said hose being connected to vacuum cleaner casing. Auxiliary head is equipped with brush member comprising plurality of bristles extending to the outside between respective suction openings of stationary body, and brush member attachment means comprising rotating body arranged between stationary body and brush member adapted for rotation relative to stationary body and equipped with plurality of apertures related to said plurality of suction openings provided in stationary body, and parts provided with guiding slot and placed between said plurality of suction openings provided in stationary body and adapted for sliding connection of brush member. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in cleaning of fluffy articles and provision for keeping of said articles at admissible level. ^ 4 cl, 8 dwg
