摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting accuracy measuring method of a component mounting machine which enables a more precise mounting accuracy measurement regardless of the accuracy of an XY robot. <P>SOLUTION: A glass jig work 101 is mounted on a transparent glass jig board 102. After mounting, a board camera is set up at such a position that a board-side mark and a jig work-side mark may be in the same view, and picks up images in a first-time camera view and a second-time camera view.
