<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the determination of the price of power to be supplied to a factory by a power generation system which can effectively utilize by-product fuel and of the price of the by-product fuel supplied by the factory. <P>SOLUTION: A storage part 620 stores the power supplied to the factory 3 by a first power generation facility 7, the amount of by-product fuel charged to a second power generation plant, the unit power generation per unit by-product fuel in a predetermined power generation plant, the unit price of the by-product fuel, and the unit price of the power. A computation part 600 uses the supplied power and the unit power generation for calculating the estimated amount of by-product fuel required for the predetermined power generation plant to generate power supplied to the factory 3 by the first power generation facility 7. The charged amount of the by-product fuel is compared with the estimated amount of the required by-product fuel, and when the charged amount of the by-product fuel is greater than the estimated amount of the required by-product fuel, the unit price of fuel, the charged amount of the by-product fuel and the estimated amount of the required by-product fuel are used for calculating the purchase price of the by-product fuel. On the other hand, when the charged amount of the by-product fuel is smaller than the estimated amount of the required by-product fuel, the unit price of power, the charged amount of the by-product fuel and the estimated amount of the required by-product fuel are used for calculating the sales price of power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
