The adjuster and/or fixer are fixed relative the toolholder for the pre-slit rolls (23,25) by means of permanent magnets here for use in an envelope machine. The magnets and a control element serve a row of suction holes round the circumference of the pre-slitter (28,29) rolls (23,25), with the suction hole row acting as holder and the pre-slit rolls as toolholders. The control element and magnets thus set and fix the positions and the hole row or other roll (23 or 25) has an adjustable holder (31). Magnets and suction holes are placed on different roll radii. The magnets stand like poles facing one another or vice versa and the group of magnets can be replaced by a single magnet. |
