The present invention is related to the construction industry, more particularly to structural elements used in a system for constructing prefabricated housing and mainly to a foundation structure with a levelling system for prefabricated constructions. Said structure is characterized in that it comprises a plurality of central and perimetral (side and corner) levelling supports including each a base and an upper structure as well as levelling means therebetween grouped into a predetermined arrangement. The plurality of upper structures presents a plurality of fixed channelled load profiles that form a reticle. The invention further presents a plurality of foundation profiles comprising an upper vertical wall for fixing columns or slidably coupled wall panels to channelled load profiles useful for delimiting an area, as well as a plurality of floor panels fixed to the channelled load profiles.
