The invention concerns a method for making a hybrid contact/non-contact or non-contact smart card comprising a support whereon is provided an antenna, two card bodies on each side of the support, each of the card bodies consisting of at least one thermoplastic layer, and one chip or module connected to the antenna. Said method comprises the following steps: depositing a layer of a material consisting of a major amount of resin in a predetermined zone of the antenna support; making the antenna which consists in screen-printing two turns and two connection pads of conductive polymer ink on the zone previously provided on the support and subjecting the support to a heat treatment to cure the ink.
