The grate has an anchor part which is secured to the drain in order to form a watertight join between the grate and drain. A cover is secured to the anchor part and can be removed to access the inside of the drain without destroying the watertight nature of the joint. The grate comprises a round and substantially part containing drainage holes and fastener holes for securing it to a flat support surface on the drain and fixing the mat between the grate and drain.
