PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional hook such as a hook with adhesives on both sides to be bonded to an attaching board to a wall surface or a hook with a screw rod to be screwed into the wall surface for hanging and fixing a suspended object such as a picture frame on the wall surface, wherein the hook must be previously attached to the wall surface for hanging the picture frame, etc. with a hanging strap on the hook, wherein the suspended object must be brought up with both arms spreading wide to the left and right when the object is large, and wherein the object can not be hung on the hook at a high position by one person stepping on a stool. SOLUTION: Flexible wide support bodies 2 for holding the suspended object such as the picture frame G with the strap S separated from the rear surface are provided at both ends of a telescopic body 1 whose length can be adjusted.
