摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method for an electromagnetic physical property value capable of measuring precisely the electromagnetic physical property value of a metallized body or a ceramic. SOLUTION: This method of measuring the electromagnetic physical property value has the first process for measuring a resonance frequency f<SB>1</SB>of the first ring resonator A formed with the first ring conductor 1 on one face of the first dielectric substrate 2, and with the first ground conductor 3 having the same electromagnetic physical property value as that of the first ring conductor 1, on the other face, and a no-load Q value Q<SB>1</SB>thereof, the second process for measuring a resonance frequency f<SB>2</SB>of the second ring resonator B formed with the second ring conductor 1 having the same electromagnetic physical property value same as that of the first ring conductor 1 and having a different width, on one face of the second dielectric substrate 2 having the same electromagnetic physical property value as that of the the first dielectric substrate 2, and with the second ground conductor 1 having the same electromagnetic physical property value as that of the first ring conductor 1, on the other face of the second dielectric substrate 2, and a no-load Q value Q<SB>2</SB>thereof, and the electromagnetic physical property values of the ring conductor 1 and/or the dielectric substrate 2 are calculated based on the measured resonance frequency f<SB>1</SB>, f<SB>2</SB>and no-load Q value Q<SB>1</SB>, Q<SB>2</SB>.
