PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide insoles for hallux valgus cure which are fitted to indoor slippers or outdoor footwear, and each of which is provided with a toe stopper having a mushroom-like head for separating toe web between the big toe and the second toe, and a cushioning material inserted to a shaft part for protecting the toe webs so that the stopper and the cushioning material are fitted to a plurality of holes in the insole by using a set screw so as to adjust fixing position, and also to provide footwear. SOLUTION: The holes (2c) are provided on the insole (1). The cushioning material (5) for protecting the toe web is fitted around the shaft of the toe stopper (3) having the mushroom-like head. The cushioning material (5) for protecting between the toes and the toe stopper (3) having the mushroom-like head are fitted from back side of the insole (1) with a set screw (4).
