PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lure emitting electronic sound and emits sounds when a fish bites. SOLUTION: This lure can emit any kind of sound by utilizing an IC. In another embodiment, a cry of a damaged fish is recorded in an IC regeneration circuit and a unit that can faithfully regenerate the recorded fish voice through a speaker is built in the lure.
