PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller unit capable of keeping, for instance, the rigidity of a fixing roller uniform in its longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: A plurality of ringlike members 80 are fitted in the hollow of a core bar 52. Each ringlike member 80 is elastic. The plurality of ringlike members 80 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the core bar 52. The ringlike members 80 are each independent, and two adjacent ringlike members 80 are apart from each other by a specific distance L. The inside diameter D1 of the core bar 52 is slightly smaller than the outside diameter D2 of each ringlike member 80. That is, the outside diameter D2 of each ringlike member 80 is slightly larger than the inside diameter D1 of the core bar 52.
