PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel chair equipped with a manual four-wheel driving device capable of traveling even on a non-paved or rough ground by solving a problem that a known wheel chair is uncontrollable in wheel operation on a non-paved or rough ground and cannot travel. SOLUTION: A front wheel (5) and rear wheels (3) are rotatably bearing-supported by right and left sides of a frame (11) of a wheel chair. A driving wheel (9) is rotatably bearing-supported so as to be brought into contact with upper portions of the front wheel (5) and the rear wheels (3). An axle of the driving wheel (9) is connected to bearings (10) with a spring built therein at four corners. A part of the weight of a person in the wheel chair is transmitted to the driving wheel (9) from the bearing (10) with the spring built therein via the axle to form the contact pressure between the front wheel (5) and the rear wheels (3), and the rotation of the driving wheel (9) is transmitted to the front wheel (5) and the rear wheel (3) by the friction force. A driving wheel (1) is fixed to the driving wheel (9), the driving wheel (1) is turned to rotate the driving wheel (9) and to generate the driving force, and both the front wheel (5) and the rear wheels (3) are rotated in the same direction at the same time.
