PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant which is used for preparing a polyurethane-based elastic fiber spinning solution, can sufficiently stably disperse fine solid particles in a polyurethane-based elastic fiber spinning solution, can thereby finally give excellent fiber-wound shape packages in a process for spinning the polyurethane-based elastic fiber spinning solution, can impart excellent smoothness and anti-staticity to the unwound fibers, to provide the polyurethane-based elastic fiber spinning solution, and to provide a method for producing the same.
