PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twisted pelvis adjustment implement for training while adjusting the twisted pelvis for training muscles, which are namely abdominal muscles, back muscles, quadriceps femoris muscles, hamstring muscle, gluteus, adductor muscle, etc. and to provide a method for using the same. SOLUTION: A thin-width and thin-thickness belt-like elastic belt 2 which has a small stretching ratio is formed. At both of the ends of the belt 2, engaging tools 6a and 6b forming buckles 5 etc. are provided to optionally form the belt 2 to be like a ring through the engaging tools 6a and 6b of the buckles 5 etc. The belt 2 can be mounted and maintained so as to wind it on the projecting parts of the upper parts of the hipbones of the pelvis of the human body through the buckles 5 etc. by stretching the belt 2. By fastening the pelvis with the belt 2, the twisted pelvis is straightened to be normal. By carrying out various kinds of exercise training in the state, muscles around the pelvis is trained in a well-balanced manner to prevent the pelvis from returning to its original twisted state.
