<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction special contract document preparation system for reducing a preparation time for a construction special contract document exchanged between a construction ordering company and a construction contract company, and for improving efficiency of the whole construction contract task. <P>SOLUTION: A construction special contract document preparation server has: a company DB storing contract aptitude data of an external company that is the construction contract company; a special contract article DB storing special contract article data used for preparation of the construction special contract document; and a construction special contract document preparation means for receiving electronic data on construction contents ordered to the construction contract company, extracting the necessary special contract article data from the special contract article DB on the basis of the electronic data and a construction contract basic contract document concluded between the construction ordering company and the construction contract company, editing the special contract article data on the basis of the contract aptitude data extracted from the company DB related to the construction contract company, converting them into a document to prepare construction special contract document data, and allowing the editing of the construction special contract document data if necessary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
