摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide silicon composite particles, a production method of the same, and a negative electrode material for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery by which a negative electrode of a lithium ion secondary battery exhibiting higher cycle performance can be manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The silicon composite particles are obtained by sintering silicon, a silicon alloy or oxidized silicon particles together with an organosilicon compound or the mixture thereof and granulating them, silicon or silicon alloy minute particles are dispersed into a silicon based inorganic compound formed by sintering the organic silicon compound or the mixture thereof as a binder, and a space is formed in the particle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
