PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for inputting by a thumb that a hand to use is limited to either a right hand or a left hand in the case of a button array arranged upwards to the right or to the left with a root of the thumb positioned at a center, that the button array arranged to a moving-round annular shape uses both the right hand and the left hand but the button array for an input is hard to be pressed as it is not arrayed upwards to the right and to the left with the root of the thumb positioned at the center so as to be easy to be input, and that a state used at previous time is inconvenient because the array used at time followed must be confirmed although there have conventionally been the button array arranged upwards to the right and to the left with the root of the thumb positioned at the center and the button array arranged to the moving-round annular shape in order to grasp a main body by one hand and to make it easy to press press buttons for the input by the thumb. SOLUTION: A portable terminal equipment is provided with a press button array which is arranged upwards to the right and to the left with the root of the thumb positioned at the center by arraying the press buttons for the input for a mobile telephone or the like, is fixed to users' free positions, and is also used for right and left dual services.
