PURPOSE:To set the output reference level at the middle of the applied potential by applying the different potentials to the double output signal of a double signal output circuit consisting of an exclusive OR circuit having a double input terminal and an inversion circuit via a resistance circuit. CONSTITUTION:The double input signals supplied from terminals 6 and 7 are applied to an exclusive OR circuit 4, and the output of the circuit 4 is outputted to a terminal 8 via an inversion circuit 5. The input signal of a terminal 7 is outputted as it is to a terminal 9 for constitution of a double signal output circuit 1. When an enable signal 9 and a pulse signal (b) are applied to terminals 6 and 7 respectively, an inversion signal (c) of the exclusive OR output of signals (a) and (b) is outputted to the terminal 8. The signal (b) is outputted to the terminal 9 and this output signal is supplied to a resistance circuit 2. The power supply voltage 5V is applied to a terminal 12 of the circuit 2, and 3:3:1 is set among the values of resistances 22, 23 and 21 respectively. Thus a signal (d) of the reference level at the middle between high and low levels of a pulse signal is outputted to a terminal 10 and an output terminal 11 of a voltage follower 3. |
