BACK PAD FOR SEAT

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back pad for seat with higher sound insulation effect than before by eliminating a disadvantage brought about when a punching hole for fitting a projection for installing a head rest is provided in a reinforcing fabric. SOLUTION: The back pad 10 for seat is provided with a pad body 12 composed of flexible foam and a reinforcing fabric 14 integrated at the back side of the pad body 12 by foam molding of the flexible foam. A through hole 19 is provided in the pad body 12 where a projection 15a for installing a head rest of a frame 15 is inserted. The reinforcing fabric 14 is provided with a cut 30 at a position that corresponds to the through hole 19. The cut 30 is open toward the pad body 12 side and an open fabric piece 32 is integrated on an internal wall of the hole 19. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
