PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the height in the cabin of a seat body in a seat device for a vehicle which is equipped with a rotation mechanism rotating the seat body between a vehicle front direction and a door opening part side direction, and a lift up mechanism 4 moving the seat body between the inside and outside of the cabin through a door opening part K. SOLUTION: The height with respect to a vehicle floor of the seat body 10 is set to be lower by the amount corresponding to the height H by storing the moving bodies 23 to 23 engaging with a slide rail 22 in a recessed part provided at the lower surface of the side holder part of a seat cushion 11.
