摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity and high solvent resistance against a hydrocarbon-based solvent. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor is a monolayer type photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer containing at least a charge generating agent, an electron transport agent, and a binder resin on a conductive substrate, wherein the binder resin comprises a polymer compound having a styrylamine structure expressed by general formula (I), and the electron transport agent shows≥0.5 I/O value (the ratio of the inorganic degree to the organic degree). In formula (I), R<SP>A</SP>, R<SP>B</SP>, and R<SP>C</SP>are same or different groups and each represents a hydrogen atom, a≤8C alkyl group, a≤8C fluoroalkyl group, a halogen atom or a phenyl group which can have a substituent.
