PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a ceiling panel and a wall panel by which labor for the construction is saved and a wall of a unit bathroom is made to be thinner as a whole. SOLUTION: The connecting structure of the ceiling panel 1 and the wall panel 2 is formed by using the ceiling panel 1, a plurality of wall panels 2 and a panel connecting member 3. The panel connecting member 3 has a substantially column-like shape 8 having an L-letter shaped cutout 5 and a horizontal channel part 7, and is provided with a ceiling cornice 9 interposed on a boundary between the ceiling panel 1 and the wall panel 2. Thus, the good appearance near the boundary between the ceiling panel 1 and the wall panel 2 is assured and the wall of the unit bathroom 17 is made to be thinner as a whole since fixing by a screw or the like is eliminated.
