PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll bar structure for a vehicle including a roll bar member fixed to the vehicle body located inside widthwise more than each side panel to constitute the body side face and extending in the vertical direction of the body, capable of precluding interruption of the load being transmitted from a coupling member 17 to the roll bar member 15 by restricting the displacement of the coupling member 17 extending from the side panel 9 for generating coupling with the roll bar member 15 to the inside widthwise. SOLUTION: A stationary bracket 19 for coupling the coupling member 17 extending from each side panel 9 to the inside in the vehicle width direction is installed in the extension part 16 extending to below the roll bar member 15. A projection 22 as a restricting means to restrict the displacement of the coupling member 17 to the inside widthwise is provided in a position inside in the vehicle width direction more than the inner end in the vehicle width direction of the coupling member 17 in the stationary bracket 19.
