PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet in which a fine porous film is stuck with a nonwoven fabric under a condition wherein the fine porous film holds a fine porous structure. SOLUTION: The composite sheet is characterized by that a core part and a sheath part are respectively composed of a polyester and a polyethylene, the shape of the crosssectional face of the core part is not substantially changed in the fiber axial direction, and the nonwoven fabric comprising a core-sheath-like composite fiber in which the thickness of the sheath part is uneven in the fiber axial direction and the fiber circumferential direction and is randomly changed, and the fine porous polyethylene film are stuck together by softening or melting the sheath part of the core-sheath-like composite fiber.
