PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling device used for a fluid circuit of a hemodialysis apparatus, transfusion apparatus or an artificial heart-lung machine capable of saving the labor of operation and minimizing a space where various germs may be left within. SOLUTION: The sampling device comprises a body having a substantially cylindrical main flow passage section and a branched flow passage section extending in the upper direction which is branched from the main flow passage section, and a cap section mounted on an opening end of the branched flow passage section for sealing the branched flow passage section. The cap section is formed from a base body having an annular holder section extending in the thickness direction of the opening end for connecting the inner and outer circumferences of the opening end of the cylindrical branched flow passage section, and a sealant for sealing a central opening of the base body. The sealant is made of an elastic material which allows a sampling needle to be inserted from outside, is capable of closing the needle mark spontaneously after the needle is drawn out, and is capable of preventing fluid inside from leaking out when the fluid is circulated through the main flow passage.
