<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure predicting system for predicting the failures of all the different types of equipment provided to a control mechanism, and for validly preventing the occurrence of the accident of the control mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of equipment A1 to An are connected through a network 3 to a controller 1 which controls the operations of the plurality of equipment A1 to An. Each equipment A1 to Xn is provided with a failure information measuring means for measuring information being the factor of the failure of each equipment. A failure predicting monitor device 5 is connected to the network 3, and the failure predicting monitor device 5 is provided with a failure prediction diagnosing part 7 for operating predetermined arithmetic processing for failure prediction on the basis of the failure information from the failure information measuring means to carry out the diagnosis of failure prediction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
