PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate impedance mismatching between an antenna switching circuit and a receiver circuit or a transmitter circuit by devising the arrangement of a conductor on a laminate. SOLUTION: In an antenna switching module 10, there are provided on a surface of a laminate 100 terminal pads PL 62a, PL 62b, PS 2a and PS 2b for conducting a terminal of a SAW filter element 121 and a terminal of an impedance matching inductor 141A, and terminal pads PL 63a, PL 63b, PS 3a and PS 3b for conducting a terminal of a SAW filter element 122 and a terminal of an impedance matching inductor 141B. These terminal pads PL 62a, PL 62b, PS 2a, PS 2b, PL 63a, PL 63b, PS 3a and PS 3b are formed so as not to overlap with a ground pattern, other than ground patterns 197, 198 and 199, formed inside the laminate 100 within the range of projecting the terminal pads in the laminating direction of the laminate 100.
