PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk rotor capable of effectively discharging water in a groove in the disk rotor having a tubular groove in a sliding surface or a starting end and a terminating end of the groove in the sliding surface. SOLUTION: In the disk rotor 1 having a disk portion 2 with the sliding surface 40 which obtains braking force by pushing a brake pad and forming the groove 41 on the sliding surface 40 of the disk portion 2, The groove 41 is a circular shape in the sliding surface 40, and can not pass through an outer peripheral end edge 40a of the sliding surface 40. A drain passage 42 passing through a groove bottom of the groove 41 in a depth direction of the disk portion 2 is formed on the disk portion 2 so as to drain water collected in the groove 41.
