<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection color converter filter which can reduce the loss of the outdoor daylight in a reflection display, and a reflection display using this. <P>SOLUTION: This filter is built by stacking a color filter layer and a color converter layer in this order on a reflector layer.
