<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately wind a blood pressure measurement belt to be wound around a measurement part regardless of the peripheral length of the measurement part. <P>SOLUTION: The blood pressure measurement belt includes a measurement bag to be expanded by air supply and is wound around the measurement part. When the belt is wound, a prescribed amount of air is supplied to the measurement bag and enclosed at first. After the air is enclosed, it is detected whether the correlative displacement of pressure in the measurement bag in a process for winding the blood pressure measurement belt around the measurement part to measure blood pressure reaches a determination threshold or not (SA2-SA4).
