<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operational efficiency of a batch-annealing by optimizing the allotment of coils into a batch-annealing furnace. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, the scheduled information before batch-annealing for N days (N is natural number of two or more) scheduled before batch-annealing by already deciding a hot-rolling schedule, is used as a reference, and the scheduled coil in this day and a charge command for charging into the batch-annealing furnace from the scheduled information before batch-annealing for X days from this day to X-th day, are prepared in order from X=1 day to X=N-th day and reserved as N kinds of charging commands and the reserved N kinds of charging command proposals are compared with each other and the charging command proposal capable of the maximum treatment among the proposals is selected and performed as the actual charging command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
