PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device for stably electrically connecting between both in a structure laminating a low resistant material on an anticorrosion material. SOLUTION: The electro-optical device includes a substrate supporting an electro-optical substance, and wiring provided on the substrate. The wiring includes a laminated structure forming a second layer 43, being an insulating material on a first layer 42 which is the anticorrosion material and forming a third layer 41 being the low-resistant material thereon. The wiring is provided with a contact face 51, on which the first layer 42 and the third layer 41 are directly in contact with each other, without the second layer 43. The contact face 51 on which the first layer 42 and the third layer 41 are directly in contact with each other is a tapered face, and furthermore, a taper angleθof the first layer 42 on the tapered face is 0°<θ<90°.
