PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the measurement accuracy of the revolution speed of rolling elements 9a, 9b even when the axis of an outer ring 1 is not matched with the axis of a hub 2 by the moment load or the like. SOLUTION: Detecting faces of a pair of revolution speed detecting sensors 23a, 23b provided in a sensor unit 21 are opposed to detected faces of revolution speed detecting encoders 25a, 25b assembled to a pair of holders 24a, 24b for holding the respective rolling elements 9a, 9b to obtain fluctuations of the revolution speeds of the rolling elements 9a, 9b. Fluctuations of the distance between the detecting faces and the detected faces are suppressed by arranging the sensor unit 21 in the horizontal-direction even when the axes are not matched with each other. The positions of a plurality of mounting holes formed in a stationary side flange 27 formed in an outer circumferential surface of the outer ring 1 are regulated to prevent the outer ring 1 from being assembled to a suspension at other phases in which the sensor unit 21 is arranged in the horizontal direction so as to solve the problem hereinbefore by this configuration.
