The system has a management cabinet receiving a signal by radio communication when the system is programmed to be in standby mode by computer program if temperature is less than zero to send information to an automaton for clearing ice and snow in a place. A lighting system is provided in the place during ice clearing. The automaton sends information e.g. intervention time, used product quantity and temperature, to the cabinet.
