<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder making it possible to arbitrarily fix an implement such as a writing implement held by the hand in the use, to an iron sheet or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This holder of the implement such as the writing implement has a magnet and can be attracted to a whiteboard or the iron sheet. The holder has an insertion part for holding the implement, and a plurality of flexible projecting portions are provided on the inside of the insertion part.
